A Comfortable Home for a Promising Future

behagen teamed up with the Santo Domingo-based CBS Developments to execute their vision for Arrecifes del Sol. We forged a genuine, approachable, and friendly brand that reflects how the project is born out of love for the Dominican people and their culture. Our activities included the development of the whole brand vision and marketing execution across multiple print and digital platforms.

The developer planned a whole neighborhood with affordable housing designed for people who value family life in an urban environment east of Santo Domingo, surrounded by green areas with access to safe spaces and urban services.

This initiative contemplates a responsible and accessible model that facilitates the buying process for a home. Arrecifes del Sol represents an original solution to the social housing challenges in the city. The project combines good architecture with the commitment of the developer to create comfortable, affordable, and safe housing areas for urban residents.
