This high-end residential development evolved its portfolio of properties and introduced a new concept of Golf Front Houses and vertical housing.

We designed a new brand for the 22 residences and implemented a marketing plan that allowed the developers to expand their customer base and access new opportunities in the market. Part of the challenge was to build upon the well-established brand equity of the development and portray a renovated sense of luxury surrounded by well-being and comfort.
