Santa Elena del Mar
An Intentional Way of Living by the Sea
Speaking of Santa Elena del Mar evokes a more conscious way of living. Here, time isn't measured in hours, but in seasons and harvests. Land isn't sold as a commodity, but shared as a legacy. This quiet stretch of the Guatemalan Pacific has been cared for for generations. Now, it is ready to be shared with the world as a living coastal community, purposefully planned and rooted in the region's agricultural legacy.
Santa Elena offers a connected, vibrant, and deeply human seaside living experience, immersed in 1,300 hectares of wetlands, virgin beaches, and navigable canals.

The project combines residential areas, nature reserves, recreational spaces, and pedestrian beach towns that will serve as the cultural and commercial heart of the community. While others build for the short term, Santa Elena del Mar is shaped with the same mindset as someone who plants, knowing that others will one day reap the benefits. The difference lies in its origin, not in a business plan, but in a family story rooted in stewardship, productivity, and gratitude.
From the start, our creative team worked hand in hand with the landowners and development team to shape the project's positioning and communication strategy. Together, we gave voice to a place guided by deep values—where development reveals rather than replaces, and where every decision is grounded in long-term vision and care. This is not a gated community, but a rooted one. A coastal village that invites you to slow down, to plant deep, to belong. Santa Elena del Mar moves to its own rhythms: those of the land, the sea, and the lives of those who understand that some things are worth more not because they’ve been transformed, but because they’ve been protected.
